Deepadnya Walanj is a Founding Partner at Stheer. She has worked closely with businesses, founders, and families on contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and data privacy, always with an emphasis on clarity and practical, workable solutions rather than technicalities. Her work also extends to more personal matters, including estate planning, wills, succession, divorce, and custody, handled with discretion and a focus on outcomes that genuinely serve the people involved. She has appeared before some of the country's most prominent forums, including the Supreme Court of India and the Bombay High Court, giving her a grounded, real-world perspective on how decisions actually play out. A TEDx speaker, she has spoken on universal legal aid, reflecting her long-standing interest in making legal support more accessible to everyone. At Stheer, she brings this same practical, people-first thinking to shaping content and services for both businesses and individuals. She holds an LL.B. from Government Law College, Mumbai, and a B.A. from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai.
Dipanjan Pal
Founding Partner
Dipanjan Pal is a Founding Partner at Stheer. He spent over two decades in corporate finance and business strategy, holding senior leadership roles across major financial institutions and corporate groups, where he was responsible for structuring and executing complex transactions across infrastructure, real estate, energy, education, hospitality, and healthcare. His experience spans fundraising, project financing, cross-border deals, structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale debt restructuring, including significant work in insolvency and stressed asset resolution. This gives him a distinctly practical, execution-first lens, one focused on how deals actually get structured, negotiated, and closed rather than how they read on paper. This informs his broader vision for Stheer: a platform that sits at the intersection of business, finance, and everyday decision-making. He holds an LL.M. from NYU School of Law, an MBA from ISB Hyderabad, a B.Tech from IIT Varanasi, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Dr. Suchitra Roy
POSH, Gender and DEI Expert

Dr. Suchitra Roy is a POSH Expert, specialising in gender sensitisation, diversity and inclusivity at workplace and a corporate trainer. Her approach moves organisations beyond a checkbox, compliance-driven mindset toward a culture where safety and inclusion are genuinely built into everyday practice. She has trained over 8,000 participants across institutions on gender sensitisation and POSH compliance. She is a Certified POSH Trainer, empanelled as a POSH expert with the SHe-Box portal of the Ministry of Women & Child Development, and serves as an external member on Internal Committees under the POSH framework. She also brings over a decade of institutional experience, having served as Officer on Special Duty at Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, and currently serves as President of the University Women's Association, Pune. She holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, an M.Sc. in Chemistry, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Women and Gender Studies and Research.

Meher Lamba is a Business Manager at Stheer, with an academic background in Business Administration, specialising in Marketing, from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. She brings a hands-on, execution-focused approach to her work, combining strong business fundamentals with practical experience gained well before stepping into a formal role. She co-founded Livbasix, a student-led startup, where she worked closely on sales and business development, gaining an early, practical understanding of how businesses actually function, from customer relationships to day-to-day operations. At Stheer, she is closely involved in the operational and business side of the platform, working across teams to translate the company's broader vision into practical execution, with a particular interest in how young platforms scale sustainably.
