Stheer ("we," "us," "our") operates a knowledge and services platform offering blog content, courses, podcasts, and advisory services including POSH training and policy development, and (in future) financial and startup compliance advisory to corporates, professionals, and students. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable Indian law.
Where you are referred to channel partners for specific legal services, their separate privacy policies will apply to that engagement.

• You provide: name, email, phone, organization/employer, payment details (via secure third-party gateways), content you submit (blog posts, comments, course work)
• Collected automatically: IP address, device/browser data, usage patterns, cookies
• From third parties: payment confirmations, social login data (if used)

3. How We Use It
To provide our services (training, courses, content), process payments, personalize recommendations, communicate updates, improve the platform, meet legal obligations, and with your consent, refer you to Indicus/partners for legal work.

4. Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share it only with: service providers (payments, hosting, analytics) under confidentiality obligations; Indicus/channel partners (with your consent); engaging corporate clients (for POSH training/policy work); and authorities where legally required.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, though no system is fully secure. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g., POSH training records).

We use cookies for login sessions, analytics, and content personalization. You can manage these via your browser settings.

7. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal retention requirements. Contact our Grievance Officer (below) to exercise these rights.
